Appointments are conducted via secure video calls. You'll receive appointment reminders, and can join your call directly through the SeeMD platform at the scheduled time.

Is my information secure?

Yes, SeeMD uses bank-level encryption and complies with HIPAA regulations to protect your health information and maintain patient privacy.

What insurance do you accept?

SeeMD works with most major insurance providers. During booking, you can check coverage for your specific plan. We also offer self-pay options.

Can I get prescriptions through SeeMD?

The previous prescription workflow is currently offline while SeeMD is rebuilt around a Canada-focused open-standards ePrescribing architecture.

What if I need urgent care?
